We only give a refund when items are damaged or unplayable. All hardware shipments are insured by UPS.
When placing an order, music- and merchandise-items will be handled together in one order, hardware will be handled seperately.
Buying music and merchandise:
Articles from the music- and merchandise-section are handled together. Each item has one or more Shipunits, which indicate the weight, thus the shipping- and handling-cost.
For example a 2xLP contains 2 vinyl records and has aproximately 2 times the weight of a 12" record, so the shipping cost is 2 x that of a single 12" record.
You can see the Shipunit-value for each item you buy by clicking on the Show Cart link and the total price for the shipping of your order in the shipping-field. The amount calculated and displayed in the total-field in your Shopping Cart, will be exactly the price you will have to pay for your order including all handling.
When you place an order, our staff will send you an email with invoice and payment instructions, depending on your choice of payment.
Once - and only when - the payment has arrived for that specific order it will be shipped to you.
Buying gear:
When you buy gear, you will see a separate order in your shopping cart, but without shipping cost.
The absence of the shipping- and handling-price is simply because our staff will try to find the most economic price to ship the item(s) to you. Our staff will contact you and will present the shipping price for the item(s) you have ordered. If you agree with the costs of shipping and handling.
All gear is shipped and insured by UPS and must be paid in cash on delivery (COD).
This means that you will have pay UPS in cash money when they deliver the order at your invoice address, so make sure that you have the money in cash once you confirm your order.
If you are not present at the time UPS delivers your order at your invoice address, UPS will leave a note when they come back (and a telephone number, so you can contact them).
If the order is not collected within X days, it will be send back to us.
How to pay for music and merchandise:
Orders will be shipped only when the payment for that specific order has been collected by our staff.
If a payment for and order is open for more than 14 days, that order will be canceled. If a customer violates this rule multiple times, all orders for that customer will be cancelled automaticaly.
Remember to include your ordernumber when you pay!
Belgian customers
You can pay in the following ways:
1. Homebanking / PC Banking / Phonebanking > Ask advice from your bank.
2. Pay by cheque payable to "CYCLONE RECORDS" and send it to the address above.
3. Pay the money directly into our bank account. (see below)
4. Send well hidden cash by post to the address above. (No coins!!! Please send bills only, we will send you the change with your order)
5. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS via PAYPAL (See below for more information)
International Customers
1. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS via PAYPAL (See below for more information)

3. International Bank Transfer to our account.

How to pay for hardware:
All hardware orders are paid in cash on delivery. This means that you pay your order in cash money when UPS delivers your order at the invoice address.
Paypal:
Paypal is a very safe service to transfer money with your credit card. Using Paypal, you can pay an invoice using VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS simply by signing up for a free Paypal account at their website.
Paypal charges 2.9% fee on the total amount plus 0.30 EURO transaction costs which will be added to the cost of your order.
When you are logged into your account, click the send money tab. Then enter my email "cyclone.records@skynet.be" and the amount of your invoice + ordernumber.
